Specialist Dr. Dt. Elif Peker

Dr. Elif Peker graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2009. Immediately after completing her undergraduate education, she started her Ph.D. program in the Department of Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Gazi University in the same year. In 2014, she completed her education with the thesis titled “Experimental Investigation of the Effects of Demineralized Bone Matrix and Collagenized Heterologous Bone Graft Alone and in Combination with Platelet-Rich Fibrin on Bone Healing in Sinus Floor Elevation Application.” She then worked as a lecturer and maxillofacial surgery specialist in the Department of Oral, Dental, and Maxillofacial Surgery at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, she continued her work as a maxillofacial surgery specialist and chief physician at Private Ankara Aesthetic and Orthodontics Clinic.

Throughout her career, Dr. Peker has achieved international academic success, publishing 9 articles in SCI-indexed journals abroad and 3 articles in domestic journals. In 2016, she made an oral presentation at the “A 6 Year Retrospective Study of Biopsied Jaw Lesions with The Assessment of Concordance Between Clinical and Histopathological Diagnoses. 23rd International Scientific Congress” held in Bodrum. She also made poster presentations at 24 national and international congresses. In 2020, she completed her second university education by graduating from the Health Management Department of Anadolu University and is proficient in English and has intermediate knowledge of German.

Dr. Elif Peker continuously develops her professional life with the goal of providing the best service to her patients and is married. Dr. Peker, who values staying up to date with the developing dental technologies and methods, aims to use her knowledge and experience in the most effective way for the health of her patients.
